We’ll do better than that today. But STILL. The National Weather Service says today’s high in the 20s would be the first time Indy fails to get into the 30s every day in November since 2005.

Sorry, no switch to above average temperatures in sight. We’ll be squeezed between a couple of weather makers early in the week. The system to the north should bring some light snow to the northern third of the state Monday afternoon, and flurries and snow showers are possible in central Indiana late Monday afternoon and Monday night. Lafayette, Kokomo, and Muncie could see a quick dusting.
Tuesday’s big storm in the southeast part of the country shouldn’t have an effect on Indiana, but it will make holiday travel slow, especially if you’re headed to east Ohio, Pennsylvania, or west New York, where snow will be a factor.
The big storm will head up the Atlantic Coast Wednesday, and our attention shifts to another potential Lake Effect snow storm that could slam north/northwest Indiana. That could spread flurries and snow showers into central Indiana on the day before Thanksgiving.
