I think my son was waiting for me to buy the iPhone a few weeks ago just so he could leap frog over me and get the HTC 4G from Sprint.
It’s longer, wider, and thicker than my iPhone. Next he’s gonna start doing websites and videos and lining up radio stations. I can see what’s going on here.
Maybe he’ll get me the new-new iPhone for Father’s Day.
With recent iPhone buzz ringing in my ear, I’m reminded of one of my favorite OFF THE CUFF episodes. Tom Davis and I introduced Indiana to the IdoP, which combines a phone, an mp3 player, and….street level doppler radar. I know you join me in saying: “about time!”
People often ask me how the shows come together. We both come up with the ideas and the improvs. (The IdoP is Tom’s.) I make the arrangements when we are shooting at a certain place, or with certain people. And I handle PR. (you know, like blogging about the epi—hey, wait! I’m working right now, right? Dang.) Anyway, Tom does all the visualizing and editing. This particular three-parter does a nice job of showcasing his considerable talent.
