Everything seems deflated in weather-land.  Yesterday’s low pressure system is pulling away, lowering wind speeds.  West winds are pulling in colder air, lowering temperatures.  Some places could see the upper single digits tonight, and after today….we won’t see anything above freezing again until Friday.  A couple of waves will spit snow showers on us.  One […]

Some cold left overs from yesterday’s system.  The day starts with flurries, and ends with some sunshine.  Next light snow chance is late Thursday evening into Friday.

No remaining snow warnings, no advisories, and no heavy snow warnings today!  Just an inch or two expected, by late afternoon.  Freezing rain could be a problem at times around Shelbyville, Bloomington, and Columbus.

I wouldn’t expect more than 1-3 inches north and northwest of Indianapolis, with 2-4 inches possible in the metro area and to the south and southeast.  Slightly higher amounts are possible in the far southeast corner of the state.
