Rain will spread into the state through the afternoon and evening.  It should switch over to snow sometime around the start of Tuesday morning.  A Winter Storm Watch begins at 7am and goes until 10pm.  This time the snow blows.  (cough…)  Winds could gust to around 40mph.  Areas around the metro could see up to4  inches.  The northern third may get up to 6inches.
